Eicher Motors Ltd reported a 31% increase in total sales of Royal Enfield motorcycles, totaling 1,10,574 units in October, up from 84,435 units the previous year. International business sales reached 8,688 units, a significant rise compared to 3,477 units in October last year. The sales of models with engine capacity up to 350cc grew by 27%, while sales of models with engine capacity exceeding 350cc surged by 64%.

Enhanced customer experience

Eicher Motors credited the sales growth to strong domestic demand, successful new model launches, and Royal Enfield's strong presence in both urban and rural areas. The company also focused on enhancing customer experience through improved service networks and innovative marketing strategies.

“The significant increase in sales reflects a robust demand for Royal Enfield motorcycles, particularly in the domestic market,” said Eicher Motors in the regulatory filing.
