Tata Motors' former Head of Service & Parts - Domestic & International Business, Dimple Mehta announced his departure and revealed that he is taking a career break.

In a recent social media post, Mehta confirmed his decision to step down, ending a four-year tenure with Tata Motors. Since June 2020, he has led crucial operations in after-sales services, customer support, and parts management. The role saw him navigating both domestic and international markets.

Dimple Mehta has a wealth of experience from across the automotive industry, with past roles including leadership positions in customer care and delight at MG Motor India and over nine years in various senior positions with Hyundai Motor India.

His 29-year career spans a broad spectrum of expertise in after-sales service, parts management, and customer relations, with previous stints at Chevrolet Sales India, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Force Motors, and TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited.

Mehta holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab Agricultural University. Mehta’s next career steps remain undisclosed.
