Developed using Google Cloud’s advanced AI technology and in collaboration with Riafy, these chatbots are set to transform how customers engage with the brand.
As the first car company in India to adopt this cutting-edge technology, JSW MG Motor India is committed to improving customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. The chatbots leverage Google Cloud’s PaLM 2 technology, a powerful language model, and will be available on various platforms, including the MG website, WhatsApp, EVPEDIA website, and EVPEDIA WhatsApp.
These digital assistants aim to boost operational efficiency and provide personalized support by adapting their responses based on customer preferences and history. With real-time assistance and multilingual capabilities, Avira and Vir promise to create dynamic, human-like conversations that enhance customer trust and satisfaction over time.

Customers can access Avira via text and voice on the JSW MG Motor India website and WhatsApp. Avira efficiently handles inquiries about JSW MG cars, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for potential buyers.
Vir: Focused on electric vehicles, Vir serves as a knowledgeable guide, helping users navigate the world of EVs. Available on the EVPEDIA website and WhatsApp, Vir offers comprehensive information, educating customers about the latest developments in electric vehicles and helping them make informed decisions.
