In addition to the new Binola plant, the company has plans to set up another facility in Western India with double the production capacity. Specialty chemicals for corrosion protection and metalworking fluids manufacturer, Zavenir Daubert has inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana. The move is part of the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its operations in India and expand its market presence.
The new facility, spanning two acres, represents a USD 10 million investment and is expected to significantly increase Zavenir Daubert’s production capabilities. With a capacity to produce 1,200 kilolitres of chemicals per month, the plant will primarily cater to the automotive, steel, and construction industries, with automotive making up 70-75% of the company’s current business.

Expansion plans
In addition to the new Binola plant, the company has plans to set up another facility in Western India with double the production capacity. This new plant will focus on different products, further increasing the company’s manufacturing footprint.
Zavenir Daubert aims to achieve a revenue target of INR 1,000 crore over the next five years, significantly scaling its operations. Currently, the company has an annual revenue of INR 150 crore, and it is also looking to expand its presence in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

The Binola plant is incorporating 100% solar power, zero effluent discharge, and water conservation systems, ensuring that environmental impact is minimised.
