Ashok Leyland's medium and heavy commercial vehicle sales rose to 11,384 units in January, up from 10,218 units in January of the previous year. Sales of light commercial vehicles reached 5,829 units last month, a slight increase from 5,721 units in January of the previous fiscal year.
