The France-based carmaker Citroen has been pushing its lineup globally. In a move to catch the attention of the masses, the company has revealed its Citroen C5 in a concept avatar.
This has been revealed ahead of Paris Motor Show 2024, which is all set to kickstart in October. The global motor show will remain operational until October 20.
Talking about the design first, the concept avatar shares the signature boxy style statement as their models, which are being sold overseas. However, the newly revealed concept version looks quite unique from the outside as it shows a muscular and edgy road presence, featuring a sleek LED headlight setup, integrated DRLs, fog lamps at the bottom and a massive sharp bonnet with the company’s logo on the centre.
From the sides, it displays futuristic alloy wheels, while the decent-sized cladding and blacked-out side mirrors make it more appealing from the outside. It has been informed that the model flaunts ab impressive dimensions, measuring 4,650mm in length and 1,660mm in height.
If rumours are to be believed, the Citroen C5 Aircross Concept is likely to carry the same design cues in the final production of C5 Aircross. It is set to break the covers in 2025.
The report says, the upcoming C5 Aircross will be created using Citroen’s Stellantis’ STLA Medium platform, which was recently introduced on the Peugeot e-3008. The same platform will be used for the upcoming next-gen Jeep Compass, which will arrive somewhere in 2025.
